Tips to Parents: For Successful Kids YOGA:
  • Please inform me of any allergies the children may have.
  • We will be making scented eye pillows on the second week of class.
  • Avoid eating big meals before class.
  • Please remind younger children to use the bathroom before class.
  • No jewelry please.
  • Come on time to class in order to get the full benefit from the session.
  • Please remember that each part of class is built upon earlier activities.
  • Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move around in.
  • Please let me know if your child will not be attending a class.
  • Occasionally I may send home a small fun (home) work assignment.

  • Take turns when speaking.
  • One person to the bathroom at a time.
  • Practice being very quite in the halls.
